Itinerary for 4 to 8 golfers, 2014
9 day trip to Ireland, Tournament Golf Trip
Includes the great Irish Links Challenge at Doonbeg Lodge, Lahinch Golf Club & Ballybunion Golf Club

Day 1 Wednesday 7th May
Transportation: Rental Car pick up/Private luxury coach at Dublin International Airport and transfer to Golf Course, then onto the hotel after golf.
Tee times: Royal Dublin Golf Club
Accommodation: Dublin Hotel
Dinner suggestion: Hotel
Meeting: Concierge Golf will meet with you to discuss the full week’s golf itinerary.

Day 2 Thursday 8th May
Tee times: Mid-morning tee times at Portmarnock Golf Club
Transportation: Rental car/coach hire
Accommodation: Dublin Hotel
Dinner suggestion: See what happens

Day 3 Friday 9th May
Tee times: Mid-morning tee times at The European Club
Transportation: Rental car/coach hire
Accommodation: Dublin Hotel
Dinner suggestion: See what happens

Day 4 Saturday 10th May
Tee times: Afternoon tee times at Lahinch/Ballybunion/Doonbeg Golf Clubs
Transportation: Rental car/coach hire
Accommodation options: Lahinch Hotel/Doonbeg Guest Houes/Doonbeg Lodge

Day 5 Sunday 11th May
Tee times: Practice rounds Ballybunion/Doonbeg or Lahinch Golf Club
Transportation: Rental car/coach hire
Accommodation: Lahinch Hotel/Doonbeg Guest House/Doonbeg Lodge
Dinner suggestion: Tournament registration at Doonbeg Lodge

Note: The great Irish Links Challenge is a four person team event played over three golf courses (Ballybunion Golf Club, Doonbeg Lodge & Lahinch Golf Club) and during three consecutive tournament days. A tournament schedule of events is current available for you.

Day 6 Monday 12th May
Tee times: Tournament RD at Ballybunion/Doonbeg or Lahinch Golf Clubs
Transportation: To be arranged. Depending on tee times and your choice of transportation, there is transportation from Doonbeg to each of the golf courses as part of the tournament entry fee.
Accommodation options: Lahinch Hotel/Doonbeg Guest House/Doonbeg Lodge
Dinner suggestion: WildHoney Inn or see what happens with the tournament

Day 7 Tuesday 13th May
Tee times: Tournament RD at Ballybunion/Doonbeg or Lahinch Golf Clubs
Transportation: TBA
Accommodation options: Lahinch Hotel/Doonbeg Guest House/Doonbeg Lodge
Dinner suggestion: The Corner Stone, Lahinch or See what happens with the tournament

Day 8 Wednesday 14th May
Tee times: Tournament RD at Ballybunion/Doonbeg or Lahinch Golf Clubs
Transportation: TBA
Accommodation options: Lahinch Hotel/Doonbeg Guest House/Doonbeg Lodge
Dinner suggestion: Morrisseys, Doonbeg Village or See what happens with the tournament

Day 9 Thursday 15th May
Depart for SNN or DUB airport (For this trip, I would recommend Shannon Airport as your point of departure)

Caddy fees: €35 to €50 + €20 tip per bag

For this itinerary price; I used 4* accommodation at a good location, hertz rental car based on four people per vehicle and basic insurance cover, suggested tee times and the tournament entry fee are included, concierge golf services included. The extras to consider would be different standards in accommodation, private coach hire, different golf course s to play, touring and extra sporting activities.
